Leaving Key West, FL. Guess which way we turned?
Leaving the Keys is much like coming into them, only backwards. The sea slowly turns into more and more land, then you are on the mainland.
This is a coconut tree farm. We weren't sure if they were growing coconuts for sale, or coconut trees for transplantation. The sign is very non-specific.
Rush hour in Miami. It kept up like this all the way to Fort Lauderdale.
As we came to Vero Beach, where we decided to stay for the night, we saw these beautiful houses in the middle of nowhere. I wonder if someone bought some swampland and decided to make a go of it?
